Joel Embiid (at GS – $11,600): Needs 52.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.2 fantasy points against LA Lakers. Point Jimmy might hurt Embiid a little bit but he’s still the top center in the league for a reason. Of course, he’s going up against the guy who was the top center in the league prior to his injury. I love this matchup between Embiid and Cousins and I fully expect both men to deliver in a big way. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Andre Drummond (vs DAL – $9,200): Needs 41.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50.6 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Drummond has been playing well since returning to the lineup and now he gets the Mavericks on a back-to-back. And the Mavericks typically aren’t good on the road. This is a battle between two disappearing superstars but Drummond has disappeared less this season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

DeMarcus Cousins (vs PHI – $7,500): Needs 33.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.2 fantasy points against Indiana. Here we go. Giannis vs. Kawhi will get all the headlines on Thursday but this is the matchup I’m looking forward to most. Cousins vs. Embiid. They are going to battle each other mentally and physically in this game and I am here for it. Cousins has already been a reliable option but this could be his big break out game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
