High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Steph Curry (vs PHI – $9,200): Needs 39.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.7 fantasy points against Indiana. It’s Steph and it’s a big game for Steph. I don’t know how Ben Simmons is at a higher cost given that Simmons might not even be the point forward anymore and the Warriors are going to force him to be more of a shooter. Steph is always a reliable option and he has a high ceiling. You can always take him with confidence. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Kyle Lowry (vs MIL – $8,000): Needs 34.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 46.5 fantasy points against Dallas. Lowry has had the highest of highs and lowest of lows against the Bucks this season. He had 46.7 fantasy points against them on Oct. 29 but just 16.5 fantasy points in the Dec. 9 meeting. He’s been consistent in recent weeks and should keep that up here. Diagnosis: Reliable.

Rajon Rondo (at LAC – $6,900): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.9 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Rondo was down a bit against the Sixers but no one on the Lakers played well outside of Brandon Ingram. And how many nights is that going to happen? The assists will always be there for Rondo and his scoring should tick up in this game given the state of the Clippers defense right now. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
