High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Jerami Grant (at MIA – $6,000): Needs 25.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.9 fantasy points against Orlando. Grant continues to play great for the Thunder and he’s in an even better position if Steven Adams is out of the lineup. Even if Adams plays, Grant has been strong this season and does a bit of everything and always chips in on defense. His salary has also lowered, which helps. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Marcus Morris (at NY – $5,500): Needs 23.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.9 fantasy points against Charlotte. Morris has settled into a nice salary given his minutes and opportunities. And it’s the Knicks. The only concern in this game is a blowout and Morris not getting his usual minutes. But if it turns into a blowout, it’ll be because Morris chips in with enough to at least get you value. He’s reliable if nothing else at this salary. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

PJ Tucker (at DEN – $4,800): Needs 20.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.4 fantasy points against New Orleans. Tucker has been good more often than not with Capela out of the lineup and he’ll play a big role in this game given that he’s going to be matched up with a good Nuggets frontcourt and they’ll need his defense to slow down the offense of the Nuggets. Tucker is at a good salary given his minutes and production. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
