High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Noah Vonleh (vs MEM – $5,700): Needs 26.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.25 fantasy points against Boston. I don’t know if Vonleh will be starting this game. It’s very possible that DeAndre Jordan ends up as the starter if he suits up. So keep an eye on that before making any decisions. If Vonleh starts, you can take him with some confidence as the minutes and opportunities will be there. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling if Jordan doesn’t play.

Mitchell Robinson (vs MEM – $4,000): Needs 18.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19 fantasy points against Boston. Again, Robinson’s status could depend on whether or not Jordan plays. I don’t know what the Knicks rotation will look like with the new pieces. And Robinson may not even get off the bench if Jordan plays. Diagnosis: Reliable if Jordan doesn’t play.

Joakim Noah (at NY – $3,500): Needs 16.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Charlotte. It’s a Joakim Noah revenge game. Although why would he want to get revenge on a team that paid him a lot of money and then paid him more money to just go away? Noah has been solid for the Grizzlies lately and with Marc Gasol being all over the place, Noah makes for a nice punt option who can get you value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
