DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Feb. 3, 2019
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,250
Russell Westbrook (at BOS – $11,000): Needs 51.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 56.5 fantasy points against Miami. Westbrook didn’t have to log big minutes in a blowout and he still messed around and got a triple double. The Celtics are a tough matchup but Westbrook always gets numbers. Even if the scoring isn’t there, the rest of his game will be, and he’ll do enough to at least hit value. And it’s a game that should be close, leading to big minutes from all the top guys. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Kyrie Irving (vs OKC – $9,200): Needs 43.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49 fantasy points against New York. Kyrie continues to deliver and now he has a big game where he will also deliver. You can always count on Kyrie in these big games and even when he struggles in the first half, he seems to turn it around in the second half against the Thunder. And he’s on a roll right now. The OKC defense is tough but Kyrie is a top scorer for a reason. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Kyle Lowry (vs LAC – $7,200): Needs 33.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 17.5 fantasy points against Milwaukee. It was a rough night for Lowry against the Bucks but hopefully it was just an off night and he’ll bounce back. He’s had more rough nights than you would like given his salary but the Clippers are on a back-to-back and the Raptors should come out strong after the loss to the Bucks. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
