DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Feb. 3, 2019
High Value SG
Players costing $6,250 or under
Jaylen Brown (vs OKC – $4,800): Needs 21.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22.5 fantasy points against New York. Brown has been all over the place this season and with Irving in the lineup, the minutes aren’t always there. His ceiling his decent because he’s a guy who can impact the game in multiple ways and this salary isn’t too terrible. If nothing else, I’ll say he should get you value. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable.
Dennis Schroder (at BOS – $4,700): Needs 21.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32 fantasy points against Miami. Schroder is running hot right now and that’s been big for his value. He’s playing well and the minutes and opportunities are always there for him. Maybe he cools off in this game, he’s never proven to have long consistency, but I like him better than Brown just because his minutes and chances are more guaranteed. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Justin Holiday (at NY – $4,400): Needs 20.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23 fantasy points against Charlotte. Holiday starts and gets good minutes, which always helps. But the production hasn’t always been there. The good news is that he’s facing the Knicks. If you can’t produce against the Knicks then something must be wrong. He should do enough to at least get value in this game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
