High Salary C

Players costing over $6,250

Nikola Jokic (at DET – $10,500): Needs 49.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50 fantasy points against Minnesota. Jokic is turning into Harden with how reliable he’s been. He puts up numbers in all categories and even though he’ll have to battle Andre Drummond on the boards, I’m not doubting Jokic right now. And it’s not like the Pistons offer much in terms of defense on most nights. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Deandre Ayton (vs HOU – $6,800): Needs 31.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.25 fantasy points against Atlanta. Ayton returned to the lineup after missing three weeks and picked up almost where he left off. And now he enters into a matchup with a depleted Houston squad. I continue to love any center against the Rockets because their frontcourt is still worrisome. And Ayton has proven that he can have some monster games. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Myles Turner (at NO – $6,300): Needs 29.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.75 fantasy points against Miami. Turner continues to be a reliable option and he’s at a nice salary given his usual minutes and production. The Pelicans frontcourt is still in trouble with all the injuries and Jahlil Okafor turning back into Jahlil Okafor. Turner should be in for his usual outing and then some. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
