Players costing $6,250 or under

Rudy Gay (at SAC – $5,900): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34 fantasy points against New Orleans. DeRozan is back in the lineup but Gay is at a good salary and continues to provide strong production. And I like this matchup due to the Kings pace. Gay will get his scoring and rebounding numbers in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Trevor Ariza (vs ATL – $5,700): Needs 25.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.5 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Ariza has been a bit down over the last week or so but the minutes are always there for him and he can still do a bit of everything. And this is a very good matchup. This will be a fast game and Ariza’s ability will lend itself to fantasy points. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Kevin Huerter (at WAS – $4,400): Needs 20 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Phoenix. Hueter has been at 29 fantasy points in three straight games. So naturally he should be at 29 fantasy points in this game. The opportunities will certainly be there for him given how the Wizards typically play defense He remains at a good salary given his usual production. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
