Players costing over $6,667

Trae Young (at WAS – $7,600): Needs 33.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.4 fantasy points against Phoenix. Young continues to play very well for the Hawks and now he gets the Wizards. I love any team against the Wizards and I definitely love the way Young is playing right now. The points and assists are there and he remains at a good salary. It’s a relatively slow night so you can pair a couple of high salary point guards. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

De’Aaron Fox (vs SA – $7,600): Needs 33.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39.6 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Fox has been fairly reliable over the last few weeks but you’d like to see a bit more from him overall. The matchup is tough but he did have 38.1 fantasy points against the Spurs on Nov. 12. But that was a different Spurs squad who didn’t play defense. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Chris Paul (at PHO – $7,300): Needs 31.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.6 fantasy points against Denver. Paul’s minutes will probably be down once again but it’s the Suns. This should be a game where James Harden gets a break and Paul is able to get himself back into some kind of rhythm. You can never go wrong going against the Suns. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
