High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

LaMarcus Aldridge (at SAC – $9,500): Needs 41 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 45.8 fantasy points against New Orleans. DeRozan being back in the lineup limits Aldridge a little bit but he’s still providing solid value. And it’s the Kings. As I’ve been saying throughout these slides and as I’ve said a lot this year, I like teams against the Kings because the pace is high and it lends itself to points. Aldridge will get his scoring and rebounding in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Kenneth Faried (at PHO – $8,000): Needs 34.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.4 fantasy points against Utah. Faried has been down in the last couple of games but give him this one. It’s the Suns. Literally every player in the league has a monster game against the Suns. Faried will get plenty of scoring and rebounding opportunities in this one and I trust him to deliver. His energy will be big against them. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

John Collins (at WAS – $7,600): Needs 32.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 58.2 fantasy points against Phoenix. If you need proof of the Suns being a team that lends itself to big games, just look at Collins. He was slumping a bit, got a game against the Suns, and now he’s back. I’d be wary of him against the Wizards expect the Wizards are another good matchup. He should be at value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
