DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 6, 2019
High Salary C
Players costing over $6,250
Nikola Jokic (at BKN – $10,600): Needs 49.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.25 fantasy points against Detroit. It was a rough outing for Jokic against the Pistons but don’t be too concerned. He’s been great all season for a reason and this is a matchup he has dominated. He had 72.75 fantasy points against the Nets on Nov. 9 and has averaged 65.8 fantasy points in his last three games against Brooklyn. I fully expect him to rebound strongly in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Jahlil Okafor (at CHI – $7,300): Needs 34.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.25 fantasy points against Indiana. Okafor is back to being the best player in the league. And now he gets a great matchup against the Bulls. There is a chance Julius Randle plays in this game, which would certainly hurt Okafor’s value a bit. But as long as Randle is out of the lineup, you can take Okafor with confidence. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
DeMarcus Cousins (vs SA – $6,800): Needs 31.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42 fantasy points against LA Lakers. Cousins still isn’t playing big minutes but it’s not mattering right now. He’s putting up strong numbers and the Warriors continue to feature him in a big way. His salary remains good given his usual production. Expect another strong outing from him in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
