Players costing over $6,250

Giannis Antetokounmpo (vs WAS – $11,400): Needs 51.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 67.75 fantasy points against Brooklyn. It’s Giannis. You always know what you’re getting with Giannis. He’s been outstanding all season and he’ll be outstanding in this game. He had 54 fantasy points in 33 minutes against the Wizards on Feb. 2. Even in a blowout, he’s going to put up huge numbers. There is no concern with Giannis. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Kenneth Faried (at SAC – $7,000): Needs 32.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39.5 fantasy points against Phoenix. Faried made an impact against the Suns because everyone makes an impact against the Suns. And I expect him to make an impact in this game because the Kings play at a high pace and Faried has a motor that doesn’t stop. I love Faried in this game and fully expect him to deliver with plenty of points and rebounds and a handful of defensive plays. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Lauri Markkanen (vs NO – $6,900): Needs 31 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42.25 fantasy points against Charlotte. Markkanen continues to stay hot for the Bulls and now he has a good matchup against the Pelicans. He averaged 38 fantasy points in two games against them last season. And that wasn’t this version of the Pelicans. And this version isn’t nearly as good. Markkanen will be a force in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
