23. Daryl Williams, T

After missing the majority of the 2018 season after suffering a knee injury in the season opener, Williams coming in at No. 23 may seem high, but it’s another ranking based on potential. The 26-year-old right tackle offers a low-risk, high-reward signing for any team comfortable with any lingering durability concerns.

Williams lone season as a starter came in 2017 when he fully converted to right tackle after rotating between right guard and tackle in 2016. Williams was on the field for a career-high 1,140 snaps and allowed four sacks to go along with 31 hurries. Those numbers aren’t elite, but they’re solid for a first-time starting offensive tackle in today’s league.

The New York Giants are in need of an upgrade at right tackle and their general manager, Dave Gettleman, could look to bring in Williams. Gettleman selected Williams in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft while being in charge of the Carolina Panthers, and that’s a connection between player, GM and positional need that cannot be ignored.
