22. C.J. Mosley, ILB

Mosley has been a productive starter for the Baltimore Ravens defense ever since the team took him in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. After only missing six games throughout his six-year career, Mosley hits the free agent market as the best available overall linebacker.

Mosley is one of the best tackling linebackers in the league, only missing a total of 16 tackles through the course of his past 31 games. His ability to get interceptions also is a positive addition to his resume, as he has nine total on his career. The linebacker’s coverage could be better but certainly doesn’t preclude him from being one of the better overall players at his position.

The Ravens appear expected to keep Mosley, and the franchise tag may be an option. If that’s not the case, teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders should certainly keep an eye on him.
