5. Le’Veon Bell, RB

Bell is a top-three player at his position and will cash in on the open market as such despite sitting out the entire 2018 season. The 26-year-old running back held out all season long after being franchise tagged by the Pittsburgh Steelers, who later refused to meet his terms on a long-term deal.

The Steelers made Bell their second-round pick in 2013. The running back quickly became a superstar player, rushing for 5,752 yards on 1,310 carries, while scoring 38 touchdowns, and only fumbling eight times (including playoffs). Bell is also a phenomenal receiver, dropping just 21 passes on 394 targets, amassing 2,748 yards and scoring eight touchdowns.

Bell’s fresh legs heading into 2019 free agency should appeal to numerous teams, but his commitment to football will come into question after sitting out an entire season in search of cashing in. Nevertheless, teams with a need of an offensive play-maker at running back and that have the necessary cap space should be lining up to sign Bell this spring.
