43. Anthony Barr, OLB

Barr has spent five seasons in the NFL since the Minnesota Vikings made him the ninth-overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft. The Vikings outside linebacker finished with 55 tackles in 2018 to go along with three sacks and eight tackles for loss.

The four-time Pro Bowler is set to cash in on the open market, which could see him leaving the cap-strapped Vikings. Barr has been quite a disappointment for Minnesota despite those Pro Bowl berths, struggling to recapture the success he had disrupting the passer from 2014-2015 when the linebacker had seven and a half sacks and five forced fumbles to go along with 15 quarterback hits.

The Vikings got creative with their use of Barr in 2018 lining him up on the defensive line for a total of 99 snaps, (per Pro Football Focus), to recapture his disruptive form. Minnesota currently has a little over $6 million in cap space, which may force their hand in allowing Barr to leave in free agency. The 26-year-old still has a lot of untapped potentials and a team desperate for pass rush help could utilize his skill set better than Minnesota was able to.
