Players costing $6,250 or under

Pascal Siakam (at ATL – $6,200): Needs 28.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.5 fantasy points against Philadelphia. As always, you can pair Siakam with Ibaka and feel good about what you’re going to get out of your two frontcourt players. Both are reliable with a good ceiling at worst. And against this matchup, their ceiling gets raised. Ibaka has turned into a slightly more reliable option but Siakam ceiling remains higher overall. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Steven Adams (vs MEM – $6,200): Needs 28.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24 fantasy points against Orlando. You typically know what you’re going to get with Adams. The minutes and opportunities are always there for him and this will be a great matchup given that Marc Gasol will likely be absent. I love Adams in this game and expect a big outing from him. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Ivan Rabb (at OKC – $5,100): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.75 fantasy points against Minnesota. Rabb drew the start in his last game and I suspect he’ll draw the start in this game given that Gasol didn’t travel to OKC and will likely be traded by the time you read this. The matchup is tough but the minutes and opportunities will continue to be there without question. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
