Players costing $6,250 or under

Jerryd Bayless (at ORL – $5,800): Needs 27.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.5 fantasy points against Memphis. Bayless was down in the last game but don’t be too worried. The Grizzlies had reason to be up considering it could have been the last home game for Conley. The Magic don’t have quite the same reason to be up in this one. And Bayless will continue to get big minutes and plenty of opportunities. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Marcus Smart (vs LAL – $5,000): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.5 fantasy points against Cleveland. Smart has been playing well in the last couple of games and he should have no problem delivering against the Lakers. Smart is going to relish the chance to rub it into the Lakers and all their issues right now. Or he’s going to relish the chance to take advantage of the shorthanded Lakers. Either way, he’ll deliver. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Dennis Schroder (vs MEM – $4,900): Needs 22.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26 fantasy points against Orlando. Schroder is hot and he remains at a good salary given the production he usually given you. Minutes and opportunities are always there for him and he could get extra minutes in this game as it might be a blowout. I love Schroder in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
