High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

LeBron James (at BOS – $10,400): Needs 46.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.25 fantasy points against Indiana. I don’t know what you’re going to get from LeBron in this game. I really don’t. I don’t know who will be on the Lakers and I don’t know if LeBron will like them or want to punch them all in the face. He’s a huge risk because he could pout. But there’s a high reward because he could decide “screw it” and remind everyone that he’s LeBron Friggin James. Diagnosis: Major boom or bust.

Paul George (vs MEM – $10,000): Needs 45.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 60 fantasy points against Orlando. And if you want someone who is more reliable than LeBron and has just as high of a ceiling, you can save money and grab Paul George. He’s been a reliable option all season and he’s showed no signs of slowing down. PG will deliver because that’s just what PG does this season. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Kawhi Leonard (at ATL – $9,400): Needs 42.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42.75 fantasy points against Philadelphia. You typically know what you’re getting from Kawhi. He too has been a reliable option and he’s shown a high ceiling. He had 60 fantasy points against the Hawks on Jan. 8. The Hawks offense might be high paced enough to keep this game somewhat competitive. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
