High Value PF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Jaren Jackson Jr (at OKC – $6,000): Needs 27.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.5 fantasy points against Minnesota. Triple J had a big outing in his last game and the opportunities will continue to be there for him with the Grizzlies trading off everyone. As long as Gasol doesn’t play, and it definitely looks like he won’t play, Triple J will have a big outing based on circumstances. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Jerami Grant (vs MEM – $5,200): Needs 23.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.25 fantasy points against Orlando. I continue to love Grant’s game. The minutes and opportunities are always there for him in the Thunder starting lineup. And the Grizzlies are a good matchup because the Grizzlies could be very shorthanded in this one. Expect Grant to bring his usual energy and impact in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Jake Layman (vs SA – $3,900): Needs 17.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41 fantasy points against Miami. This is Jake Layman’s world, we’re just living in it. He’s playing big minutes right now and making a huge impact. The Blazers might be shorthanded in their frontcourt if they end up making a deal which would be great for Layman’s value. Even if they don’t make a trade, he’ll be in for a strong night based on the matchup and recent play. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
