High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

Giannis Antetokounmpo (at DAL – $11,400): Needs 51.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 62 fantasy points against Washington. Giannis is listed as probable, which means he should play. But check his status before making any decisions. Assuming he plays, he should be an easy night at the office for Giannis. He always puts up big numbers no matter the matchup or circumstances. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Ben Simmons (vs DEN – $8,400): Needs 39 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.75 fantasy points against Toronto. I don’t quite know what to expect from the Sixers in this game but they made a big move with Harris and teams generally get a nice boost after a trade like this. And the Nuggets defense isn’t all that good so Simmons should have plenty of room to operate. Kevin Durant is an option but he has the Suns and the Warriors have too much talent for one guy to have a monster game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Tobias Harris (vs DEN – $6,800): Needs 30.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 50.25 fantasy points against Charlotte. I already gave a note on Durant. Your other option here is Jimmy Butler and I just don’t know how he’ll continue to do in Philly. Harris is a nicer fit next to Simmons and Embiid. He should get plenty of minutes and the old guys always like welcoming the new guys with open arms and making them feel good. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
