FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 8, 2019
High Value SF
Players costing $6,667 or under
DeMarre Carroll (vs CHI – $5,500): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49 fantasy points against Denver. Carroll continues to play well for the Nets and now he gets the Bulls. He’s coming off a big game and I like his game overall. The return of LeVert complicates things a little bit because I don’t know what the Brooklyn rotations will be. But it shouldn’t change much at the forward position. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Dorian Finney-Smith (vs MIL – $5,000): Needs 21.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32 fantasy points against Charlotte. DFS has been in the starting lineup in the last few games and had a strong game against the Hornets. He should continue to get solid minutes with the state of the Mavericks. The matchup is tough but he’s at a good salary given his usual minutes. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Mikal Bridges (vs GS – $4,700): Needs 20 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.6 fantasy points against Utah. Speaking of a guy who is at a good salary given his usual minutes but has a tough matchup. The Suns need whatever they can at this point with their injuries and Bridges has made the most of his minutes. This is too good of a salary to pass up if you’re looking for a money saver who is reliable. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
