4. WR Randall Cobb (Green Bay Packers)

It’s safe to say that the times are a changin’ in Green Bay. Which means it’s very possible that one of the team’s more effective weapons since 2011 could be on the open market in March. Last offseason, the Packer released veteran wide receiver Jordy Nelson, who eventually latched on with the Oakland Raiders. So could Packers’ second-year general manager Brian Gutekunst and the organization decide to allow eight-year pro Randall Cobb to test free agency?

This past season, the one-time Pro Bowler was limited to only nine games. He finished fourth on the team with 38 catches, good for just 383 yards and two scores. He came up big in the team’s rousing comeback win over the Chicago Bears in the opening Sunday night game of the season. But Cobb played in his fewest games since 2013 (6) and his reception total was the third-lowest of his career, for obvious reasons.

As is the case with linebacker, the Titans may be looking for numerous options at wide receiver via free agency or the trade route. Keep in mind that in 2017 the club used grabbed Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor in the first and third round, respectively. As those players continue to develop, general manager Jon Robinson could look for a little more experience at the position. And the talent Cobb could be quite the pick-up.
