DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Feb. 9, 2019
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,250
Russell Westbrook (at HOU – $11,200): Needs 53.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 66.25 fantasy points against Memphis. You just know what you’re getting from Westbrook at this point. He’s going to get you over 60 fantasy points because he’s going to get a triple-double. The matchup is tough because the Rockets usually play him well but he’s playing at a different level right now and it doesn’t matter what the defenses are throwing at him, he’s picking them apart. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Kemba Walker (at ATL – $9,100): Needs 43.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 58.2 fantasy points against Dallas. Kemba is on a roll right now, going over 58 fantasy points in his last three games. He’s had some good matchups but this is another good matchup as the Hawks don’t play much defense but do play at a high pace. And he’s probably a little angry that he’s stuck with the same Charlotte squad that didn’t make a move. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
Eric Bledsoe (vs ORL – $6,800): Needs 32.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.25 fantasy points against Orlando. Bledsoe has turned himself into a reliable option and even though it’s a back-to-back for the Bucks, it doesn’t seem to matter with this team. And it’s the Magic, a team that will force them to play well because the Magic can hurt you if you don’t play well against them. Bledsoe will get it done again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
