DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Feb. 9, 2019
High Salary SG
Players costing over $6,250
James Harden (vs OKC – $12,200): Needs 57.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 54 fantasy points against Sacramento. It’s a tough matchup for Harden because the Thunder have some good one-on-one defenders. But at the same time, it’s James Harden. He’s delivering every single game and since this one should be competitive, he should get all the minutes to go along with all the shots. You can always build around Harden with confidence. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Bradley Beal (at CHI – $9,000): Needs 41.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 55.5 fantasy points against Cleveland. Beal doesn’t have the ceiling that Harden does (no one does, honestly) but he’s turned himself into a reliable option who has to do it all for the Wizards. And now he gets to play the Bulls. This should be an easy night at the office for Beal. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Jrue Holiday (at MEM – $8,600): Needs 40.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52 fantasy points against Minnesota. I don’t think Anthony Davis will play in this game, which would lower Holiday’s ceiling as it does put more pressure and attention on him. But he’s very a very reliable option all season and he’ll be a reliable option against the Grizzlies. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
