High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Lauri Markkanen (vs WAS – $7,900): Needs 34.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 55.6 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Markkanen continues to shoot very hot for the Bulls and until I see him slipping, I’ll keep taking him. It’s a nice night at power forward but Markkanen remains at a good salary based on his usual minutes and production. And the matchup is a good one considering that the Wizards aren’t good. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Kenneth Faried (vs OKC – $7,500): Needs 32.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.7 fantasy points against Sacramento. Faried has turned himself into a reliable option for the Rockets and I love this matchup for him. He’ll play big minutes against Steven Adams and he has the energy and athleticism to hurt the Thunder. I expect a big rebounding game out of him in this one to go along with his points. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Jaren Jackson Jr (vs NO – $6,900): Needs 30 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.4 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. This is Jackson’s team now and I expect some big games from him moving forward. This is a good matchup for him as the Pelicans are on a back-to-back and they will likely be without Anthony Davis, who will be resting. You can also save some dollars and grab Pascal Siakam, who I have loved all season and obviously love against the Knicks. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
