Players costing over $6,250

De’Aaron Fox (vs PHO – $7,300): Needs 34.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27 fantasy points against Miami. Fox is cold coming into this game but it’s the Suns. If Booker is back, he would have the higher ceiling overall and you can always take Steph with confidence because he’s Steph and has the ability to go off on any night. But I like the matchup for Fox and always like betting against the Suns. Fox can’t keep playing this bad for long based on what we’ve seen from him this season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Trae Young (vs ORL – $6,800): Needs 32.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.25 fantasy points against Charlotte. Young is on a nice roll right now and is coming off another strong performance. I like the way he’s playing right now and I like this game from a DFS perspective. He had 31.75 fantasy points against the Magic on Jan. 21 if you’re looking for some confidence that he should at least get you value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Dwyane Wade (at GS – $5,200): Needs 24.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26 fantasy points against Sacramento. Wade has played well for the Hear and I trust him to raise his level in this game. He averaged 29.8 fantasy points in two games against the Warriors last season. Wade is just a guy you have to trust in these tough games. Especially with the way the Miami offense has looked as of late. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

DJ Augustin (at ATL – $4,500): Needs 21.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 18.5 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Your options are rather limited but Augustin typically plays good minutes and he can do a bit of everything. Plus I like this game from a DFS perspective as the pace will be high and both teams will have plenty of fantasy opportunities. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
