2019 NFL Draft: Baltimore Ravens 7-round mock
By Joe Romano
Round 6 – Pick 193
Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
Despite drafting Jakobi Meyers earlier, the Ravens need to continue to look for receivers. An area where the group lacks is deep speed. That becomes even more apparent should the expected move of not retaining John Brown comes to fruition. Brown was the team’s deep threat to take the top off a defense, and will need to be replaced.
A player in the later rounds that offers that type of speed is Missouri’s Emanuel Hall. He is the type of developmental receiver that teams would be wise to take a chance on. While he does struggle with drops at time, his speed and burst is at another level. Defenses have to account for Hall every time he is on the field. He would be the perfect weapon for Jackson as he grows as an outside the numbers passer.
This move would also allow the Ravens to push either Willie Snead or Meyers inside, where they can thrive in different ways. Baltimore needs to make their passing game more dynamic to and Hall would be a great player to help that.

Round 6 – Pick 195
John Baker, C, Boston College
Baltimore understands that they can give more developmental time to center Matt Skura. He played up and down as a starter last season. Skura was still an undrafted free agent who bounced on and off the team’s practice squad. Some competition is a worthy investment.
Jon Baker of Boston College could give Skura a run for his money, even despite being a day three pick. Baker is a solid center, who may have a low ceiling but knows what he is. At his best, he is a people moving center with tons of experience coming from one of the nation’s best rushing attacks. If Baltimore continues their rushing efforts, Baker makes a ton of sense.
He needs to work on his pass protection, and will always be limited there. He’s not very long and not an exceptional athelte, which limits his potential. However, with Marshall Yanda and earlier pick Dru Samia next to him, Baker could grow into a solid player.
