High Value PF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Larry Nance Jr (vs NY – $5,900): Needs 27.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.5 fantasy points against Indiana. I’m not sure how Nance Jr hasn’t jumped into the high salary bracket yet but you can keep saving some money and taking him. He’s been he for the Cavaliers as of late and now he gets the Knicks. Someone in the Cleveland frontcourt has to get these numbers and he has been the top option without question. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Jerami Grant (vs POR – $5,100): Needs 23.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.5 fantasy points against Houston. Grant has turned into a reliable option for the Thunder and he’s at a nice salary given his minutes and usual production. The minutes will definitely be there in this game and he can put up numbers in a variety of categories. He boasts his value with his defensive contributions. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Marvin Williams (at IND – $4,500): Needs 20.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.25 fantasy points against Atlanta. Williams has been hot more often than not as of late and I continue to like his game overall. He’s shooting the ball well but his value is tied to his scoring a little more than I’d like. He does have the potential to boost his value with rebounds. I like him as a nice salary saver who is going to get you at least value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
