High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Bobby Portis (at DET – $6,400): Needs 27.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.4 fantasy points against Chicago. Portis has played very well for the Wizards and will continue to play a big role for the team moving forward. The minutes should definitely be there for him in this matchup. He had 31.3 fantasy points against the Pistons on Oct. 20, though he was a member of the Bulls in that game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Marvin Williams (at IND – $5,500): Needs 23.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.6 fantasy points against Atlanta. Williams has delivered more often than not in recent contests and I like his game overall. He’s scoring the ball well and he has the ability to chip in with rebounds, although I’d like to see more from him in that category. He’s at a good salary given his usual production and minutes. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Al-Farouq Aminu (at OKC – $5,100): Needs 22 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 10.5 fantasy points against Dallas. It was a rough outing for Aminu against the Mavericks but don’t be too alarmed. This is a matchup that he’s done very well against throughout his career. He’s averaging 31.3 fantasy points in two games against the Thunder this season. This is just a matchup that he seems to thrive against. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
