3. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are going to need to retool their offense this offseason to fit the unique talents of Lamar Jackson. The young signal caller’s inability to throw the ball accurately down the field is a serious issue. Adding a breakaway receiver like Bell in the backfield could cover up a lot of Jackson’s weaknesses.

Baltimore has to know they can’t afford to try to pound opponents via traditional runs next year. That’s really bad news for Alex Collins. The Ravens cannot afford to hand a player the ball over 100 times who’s only going to produce 3.6 yards per carry.

Gus Collins can still be a part of the team’s offensive plans. He and Bell could form a nice one-two punch in the Charm City. Collins can get plenty of traditional carries which would allow Bell to stay fresh for the full season. His durability should be a concern for any team that hands him a big contract this offseason.

The real question here is whether or not John Harbaugh and his staff are willing to put up with a diva like Bell. That would be an uncharacteristic move for the Ravens, but everything about their 2019 season is likely going to be unconventional.
