11. Cincinnati Bengals – Devin White, LB, LSU

Devin White is this year’s Roquan Smith. He’s a linebacker who can play the run and the pass. He can cover and he can blitz all while being the face of the Bengals defense as they usher in the Zac Taylor era.

12. Green Bay Packers – Montez Sweat, EDGE, Mississippi State

Montez Sweat had a great week at the Senior Bowl after a nice finish to his career at Mississippi State. The Packers need pass rushers who can get to Mitchell Trubisky, Matthew Stafford and Kirk Cousins they’ll see in the division twice a year. Sweat can be a disruptor from Day 1.

13. Miami Dolphins – Jachai Polite, EDGE, Florida

The Dolphins have a roster lacking impact talent and could have a need at quarterback, but the value doesn’t line up at this pick. Teams always need pass rushers and Jachai Polite can do that right away. He won’t be the most glamorous pick but he can have an immediate impact.

14. Atlanta Falcons – Ed Oliver, DT, Houston

It was believed by many that Ed Oliver would be a top-five pick, but after injury and questions about his size and schematic versatility, he dips to the teens. The Falcons have a big need at the defensive line, regardless of whether Grady Jarrett is re-signed, and Oliver represents great value.

15. Washington Redskins – Daniel Jones, QB, Duke

The Alex Smith injury puts Washington back in the quarterback market one year after they thought they shored up the position. Daniel Jones isn’t the 15th-best player in the draft, but he plays a position of need and they might be desperate enough to reach for a player who is well coached by David Cutcliffe, and has a sneaky-good arm and mobility, but is more of a draft and develop guy.
