DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 12, 2019
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,250
Jrue Holiday (vs ORL – $8,500): Needs 39.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.75 fantasy points against Memphis. Holiday may have been down against the Grizzlies but don’t be too concerned about that. His minutes were down on the back-to-back. There are some general concerns about the Pelicans rotation right now but assuming they play their normal lineup and Holiday gets his usual minutes, his production should be back up. He’s been a reliable option all season and will be that way in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Terry Rozier (at PHI – $6,900): Needs 32.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.25 fantasy points against LA Clippers. It looks like Kyrie Irving will be out of the lineup in this one, which means Rozier will start. And he’s always a strong option when he draws the start. The Philly defense still needs to get sorted out with the new pieces. And the Celtics have some sorting out themselves but one guy who always delivers with Kyrie out is Rozier. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Trae Young (vs LAL – $6,700): Needs 31.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.25 fantasy points against Orlando. Young continues to play a reliable game for the Hawks. And now he gets a Lakers team that remains weak despite Rajon Rondo’s game-winning shot against the Celtics. The Hawks aren’t exactly good but they play with pace and can get offensive numbers. And with the Lakers defense right now, offense shouldn’t be a problem for Young. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
