High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Evan Fournier (at NO – $6,200): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.1 fantasy points against Atlanta. Fournier continues to play well for the Magic and I like this matchup for him as I expect plenty of DFS points to be scored in this game. He does a bit of everything and it’s not a great night for value shooting guards outside of the top guys. Trust him to keep up this current roll he’s on. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Terrence Ross (at NO – $6,000): Needs 26 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.2 fantasy points. And if you want you can save some money and grab Ross. He too has been playing very well although his value is a bit more tied to his scoring. But his scoring numbers have been there and they will continue to be there given the Pelicans perimeter defense. Ross only seems to miss against the Nets. And the Pelicans are not the Nets. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Kevin Huerter (vs LAL – $5,600): Needs 26 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.2 fantasy points against Orlando. Again, it’s a good night for higher salary value guys because it’s a poor night for lower salary guys. I don’t mind Jaylen Brown or Marcus Smart, especially with Kyrie out of the lineup. But they both come with a risk. I actually trust Smart a bit more due to his playmaking ability. Huerter is more reliable because his minutes and opportunities are more guaranteed. And the Lakers are bad defensively. Diagnosis: Reliable with a god ceiling.
