High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Ivan Rabb (vs SA – $6,400): Needs 27.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.3 fantasy points against New Orleans. Rabb continues to deliver as a member of the starting lineup. The Grizzlies are short on frontcourt players and they are giving Rabb a real shot to prove himself. The matchup is tough because the Spurs are the Spurs. But the minutes and opportunities are going to be there for him. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Marcus Morris (at PHI – $5,100): Needs 22 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.7 fantasy points against LA Clippers. Look, you can’t call out your team for not having fun and openingly complain about things and then lay an egg in your next game. Especially when your next game is a big matchup with the Sixers. Morris has to deliver in this game. And he’s either going to deliver in a big way or completely flame out. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Omari Spellman (vs LAL – $4,100): Needs 17.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22 fantasy points against Orlando. Spellman has been playing relatively well for the Hawks and I’m not really thrilled with the rest of the choices at power forward. Diallo isn’t getting minutes with Davis back. I’m sort of talking myself into Theis because he’s a slight risk. Spellman might get some extra minutes due to the matchup. Diagnosis: An option.
