High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Marvin Bagley III (at DEN – $5,900): Needs 27.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 46.25 fantasy points against Phoenix. Bagley III bounced back after a rough game against Miami but it was the Suns so should it really count? I haven’t mentioned the Kings much but I love this game and matchup for them as the offense should be up in this one. And MB3 has been great more often than not during this recent stretch for the Kings. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Mason Plumlee (vs SAC – $5,700): Needs 26.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.5 fantasy points against Miami. Plumlee will continue to start so you can continue to take him with confidence. He’s playing a reliable game, coming in around 30 fantasy points each time out. And now he gets one of his better matchups as a starter given the Kings pace and style. I love Plumlee just as much as I love MB3 in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Mitchell Robinson (vs PHI – $4,100): Needs 19.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.5 fantasy points against Cleveland. But if you want to save money at this position, you can go with Robinson. As I’ve been saying with him, the Knicks are giving him a real look even with Jordan on the roster. And he’s been delivering despite somewhat limited minutes. It’s a tough matchup but the Sixers are on a back-to-back and could be sleeping on the Knicks ahead of the All-Star break. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
