High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

James Harden (at MIN – $11,800): Needs 54.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 62 fantasy points against Dallas. Here’s the thing: Harden and the Rockets are actively trying to get him to 30 points. So you know he’s getting at least 30 NBA points. Then you throw in some assists and steals and he easily gets you 50 fantasy points. And there’s always a chance he goes over 30 NBA points, which means he’ll be over 50 fantasy points. Harden is easy money to build around because he’s point padding and I don’t even blame him. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Bradley Beal (at TOR – $8,700): Needs 39.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 62.5 fantasy points against Detroit. The last time these two teams met, Beal had 93.5 fantasy points. He probably won’t reach those heights in this game but Beal has been fantastic all season and he’ll need to deliver once again if the Wizards hope for the upset. And now that we know you can juggle the ball instead of dribble it, Beal has found a cheat code. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Lou Williams (vs PHO – $7,100): Needs 33.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 52.25 fantasy points against Minnesota. Williams can be a tad inconsistent because the minutes aren’t always there but he has the highest ceiling of anyone on the Clippers and there should be plenty of offense in this game. And Williams still wants to compete, even if the Clippers front office is telling him not to. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
