High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Malcolm Brogdon (at IND – $5,500): Needs 25.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.5 fantasy points against Chicago. On a night with so many players, sometimes you just need a reliable guy at a good price. And Brogdon is that guy. You typically know what you’re getting from him and it’s typically around 30 fantasy points. The ceiling is higher if Giannis decides he’s not trying to gun for the MVP quite as much. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Joe Harris (at CLE – $4,600): Needs 20.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.5 fantasy points against Toronto. Harris is on fire right now and he remains at a great salary given his minutes and opportunities. And he gets to play against the Cavaliers. You should always bet against the Cavaliers. He’s shooting hot and he’ll chip in with assists and a couple of rebounds. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Jordan Clarkson (vs BKN – $5,300): Needs 24.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26 fantasy points against New York. I also like Dwyane Wade against Dallas. I think Wade will want to put on a show one last time against the team he beat for his only non-LeBron championship and the team that cost Miami one extra title. But I also like Clarkson because I expect this to be a high scoring affair. And Clarkson is a guy who can get those points for the Cavaliers. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
