The Cincinnati Bengals hold the No. 11 overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, and they have work to do on both sides of the ball. The 2019 NFL season will be different for the Bengals, as they fired long-time head coach Marvin Lewis at the end of the 2018 campaign, clearing the way for a new leader on the sidelines.

Their new head coach will be a guy getting his first taste of being a head coach of the NFL level, as they hired Zac Taylor away from the Los Angeles Rams. Last season, Taylor was the quarterback coach for Sean McVay in Los Angeles, and some feel he could be the next great young head coach in the NFL.

When it comes to this roster, they need to get better on defense, and they should look to bring in arguably the best linebacker in this draft class. Devin White was an absolute beast during his time at LSU, and has the ability to play sideline to sideline at the next level, which is an area of need for the Bengals.

Taylor is an offensive guy, so he may want to draft a player for that side of the ball with his first ever first round draft pick as a head coach. However, White may be too good of a player to pass up at No. 11, and the Bengals need to do a better job of getting stops in 2019, as they look to go back to being a contender in the AFC North.
