2019 NFL mock draft: Cardinals select Quinnen Williams

The Miami Dolphins are another team that will have a brand new head coach in 2019, as they recently hired Biyan Flores to be the new man in charge on the sidelines. Flores comes to the Dolphins after being a defensive coach for AFC East Rival New England, and was one of the more exciting new hires within the division this off-season.
In Flores, the Dolphins are getting an incredible defensive mind at the head-coaching position, and that is where they should use the No. 13 overall selection this April. One of the better edge rushers in this draft class is Clelin Ferrell from Clemson, who many believe could be a top-10 pick before all is said and done.
In Miami, Ferrell would become the next great sack guy for the Dolphins, as Cameron Wake is starting to get up there in age. Ferrell could learn behind Wake at the beginning of his NFL career, and could develop into a double-digit sack guy at the NFL level.
The Dolphins have a lot of decisions to make this off-season, especially at quarterback, where it appears they are done with trotting out Ryan Tannehill as their franchise guy. It has been rumored that they are going to wait for the 2020 NFL Draft in order to select a new franchise quarterback, so it would make sense that they would focus on the defensive side of the ball in 2019.
