A.J. Brown. 22. player. 26. . Wide Receiver. Ole Miss

It appears that the Baltimore Ravens are all-in on quarterback Lamar Jackson, as they have agreed in principle to trade Joe Flacco to the Denver Broncos. During his time as a starter for the Ravens, Flacco led the team to a Super Bowl title, and it will be interesting to see how this team does with Jackson as the main man going forward.

Jackson proved during the 2018 NFL season then he can win games, but the team needs to make sure that they put the best pieces around him moving forward. With their first round pick in 2019, the Ravens should look to bring in a wide receiver, and A.J. Brown from Ole Miss is a name that you could hear called in the first round this April.

Brown has everything that you look for in a star wide receiver, and while the Ravens pieced together a nice veteran group in 2018, they need to bring in some long-term production at the position. During his time at Ole Miss, Brown let the SEC in receiving yards the past two seasons, and should come into the NFL as one of the more explosive rookies available.

This will be a much different off-season for Jackson, who knew heading into 2018 that he would be a backup to one of the more seasoned veterans in the NFL. If he can rely on his arm more, and not take so many chances with this feet, these Ravens should be headed back to the playoffs this season.
