DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 21, 2019
High Value SF
Players costing $6,250 or under
Kyle Kuzma (vs HOU – $5,900): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Atlanta. Kuzma was down against the Hawks but he remains a great sidekick next to LeBron due to his shooting ability. And he typically plays very well against the Rockets. He’s been over 40 fantasy points in his last two games against the Rockets. The Lakers will need 3-point shooting to keep pace with Houston and Kuzma provides that better than most on the Lakers. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Cedi Osman (vs PHO – $5,000): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.75 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Cedi returned from injury and pretty much picked up where he left off. His minutes were down against the Nets but they should be back up to normal following the break. And it helps that he’ll be going up against the Suns. He does a bit of everything, which goes a long way in helping his value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Harrison Barnes (at GS – $4,700): Needs 21.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 45.25 fantasy points against Denver. Barnes found his rhythm prior to the break with the Kings. Maybe that’s not a good thing, but it’s a good thing for DFS owners. And now he gets the Warriors, a team he always has a little something extra for. Barnes is going to take his shots. We know that much. And if he chops in with rebounds, that’s all the better. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
