High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Khris Middleton (vs BOS – $6,400): Needs 27.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.7 fantasy points against Indiana. Middleton should be feeling good after a nice showing in the All-Star game. And now he gets a team who he generally plays well against. He’s averaging 35.8 fantasy points in two games against the Celtics this season. He tends to find his rhythm against the Celtics and step up his game while Bledsoe disappears. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Buddy Hield (at GS – $6,300): Needs 27.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.5 fantasy points against Denver. Hield was playing well prior to the All-Star break and he decided to do more than just score, which has been a big help to his value. He’s been great against the Warriors this season, averaging 40.2 fantasy points in three games. He’s at a very good salary given his usual minutes and production against Golden State. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Dwyane Wade (at PHI – $5,100): Needs 22.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.9 fantasy points against Dallas. It’s the stretch run of DWade’s career and you can bet that he wants to go out playing strong. The matchup will be tough as the Sixers can throw a variety of defenders at him but we know Wade can raise his game with the best of them. I’m expecting some big outings out of Wade in these final two months and it all begins on Thursday. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
