FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – February 22, 2019
High Value SG
Players costing $6,667 or under
Terrence Ross (vs CHI – $5,500): Needs 23.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.2 fantasy points against Charlotte. A big reason why the Magic has been playing out teams is the play of Ross. He remains at a good salary given his usual minutes and opportunities. If the Bulls can keep the game competitive, that will be even better news for the value of Ross. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Malik Beasley (at DAL – $5,300): Needs 23.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.8 fantasy points against Sacramento. As long as Beasley remains in the starting lineup, you can continue to take him confidence. And the matchup is a good one as the Mavericks don’t offer much on the defensive end. Beasley has been a strong option all season and if he’s a starter, his minutes are guaranteed and he gets plenty of opportunities in the Nuggets offense. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Josh Okogie (at NY – $4,400): Needs 19.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.6 fantasy points against Houston. Okogie should be feeling himself after the way he played against Houston prior to the break. And now he has a great matchup against the Knicks. This will be another big chance for Okogie to show out and prove himself in the final quarter of the season. The minutes are typically there for him. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
