High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Brandon Ingram (at NO – $6,000): Needs 28.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 44.25 fantasy points against Houston. I probably won’t talk about the Lakers as much as I maybe should given their matchup. So I’ll group a lot into Ingram, who is coming off his best game alongside LeBron. The Lakers will be hungry and with something to prove in this game. This whole roster was nearly traded to New Orleans. You don’t think that will fire them up seeing LeBron be friendly with Davis? This is a big spot for a lot of the Lakers and I’m going to put some trust into them. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Justise Winslow (vs DET – $5,400): Needs 24.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.25 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Winslow remains at a good salary given his usual minutes and production. I’m going to trust him in this spot because I like his game overall and I’m not super high on the Pistons, who are on a back-to-back. I’m also not opposed to Dwyane Wade in this spot because I’m expecting big things out of Wade in his final quarter of the regular season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Malcolm Brogdon (vs MIN – $5,000): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.5 fantasy points against Boston. If you’ve been following me all year, you know just how much I’ve loved Brogdon. He’s just been a reliable option and I have no clue how his salary remains so low. The Bucks are a dominant team and they’re getting the Timberwolves on a back-to-back. Brogdon is typically good for around 30 fantasy points on most nights. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
