High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Andre Drummond (at MIA – $11,200): Needs 50.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 70.2 fantasy points against Atlanta. Drummond has been on a tear in recent contests and now he gets a matchup that he typically does very well against. I have no trust in Whiteside’s game and Drummond has proven that he can get the better of him on the boards and on the paint. And I’m not doubting Drummond with the way he’s playing right now. He should be in for another big scoring and rebounding game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Al Horford (at CHI – $8,200): Needs 37.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 63.9 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Horford has been a beast in his last three games, going over 48 fantasy points in all three contests. And now he gets a good matchup against the Bulls, who just aren’t very good. Horford has really picked up his game prior to the All-Star break and looks ready to go in the second half. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

DeMarcus Cousins (vs HOU – $7,800): Needs 35.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.5 fantasy points against Sacramento. Cousins isn’t playing huge minutes still but he continues to deliver strong numbers and has favorable matchups. He busted Houston last season before the injury and the Warriors continue to go out of their way to make him feel comfortable. If nothing else, he’s going to get you value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
