High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Cody Zeller (vs BKN – $6,400): Needs 28.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.3 fantasy points against Washington. Zeller continues to give you reliable production and even though his salary is a tad high, he’s a safe option at this position. He’s going to get you around 30 fantasy points and the ceiling is higher because he’s capable of doing a bit more. I like this matchup overall. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Robin Lopez (vs BOS – $5,300): Needs 23.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 35.7 fantasy points against Orlando. Lopez is either playing like he wants a buyout or playing like he wants to make the Bulls competitive. Either way, it’s working. It’s a tough matchup for the Bulls being on a back-to-back but Lopez plays a fairly reliable game and is about the only other good frontcourt option outside of Markkanen for Chicago. The points and assists should be there for him in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Joakim Noah (at CLE – $4,400): Needs 19.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.7 fantasy points against LA Clippers. No Triple J means more Joakim Noah. And now he gets the Cavaliers. He was playing well even prior to the trade deadline and minutes are going to be there for him as the Grizzlies just don’t have a ton of great options on their roster. Noah at least plays hard and is looking to stay in the league after being exiled in New York. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
