High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Lauri Markkanen (vs BOS – $8,700): Needs 37.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.2 fantasy points against Orlando. Markkanen continues his hot stretch and I’m not doubting him at this point. The matchup is tough with Boston being a good team and it being a back-to-back for the Bulls, but Markkanen has proven himself this season and I love his game overall. Until he shows signs of slipping, keep taking him with confidence. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Julius Randle (vs LAL – $7,900): Needs 33.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 20.8 fantasy points against Indiana. Again, the dynamic with the Pelicans is weird but overall I like Randle’s game and I know he’ll have something extra for his former team. Especially with the pre-deadline rumors. And if Anthony Davis doesn’t end up playing, that’s even better news for Randle’s value. I trust him to deliver in this spot. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Jayson Tatum (at CHI – $7,000): Needs 30.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.5 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Even with Kyrie back in the lineup, Tatum has been delivering strong outings. And now he gets the Bulls on a back-to-back. The Bulls are just scrappy enough to maybe make this competitive and every time I seem to think a game is going to be a blowout, it turns out to be competitive. I love the way Tatum is playing right now with his scoring and rebounding. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
