Montrezl Harrell (at DEN – $7,500)

Needs 32.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.1 fantasy points against Memphis.

Harrell has settled into a nice spot. He’s basically getting value at this point and his salary is higher. Against the Nuggets frontcourt, Harrell should get the minutes to have a big outing.

Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Paul Millsap (vs. LAC – $7,000)

Needs 30.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 46.6 fantasy points against Dallas.

Millsap started to turn his game around prior to the break and looked excellent in the first game after the break. I still don’t fully trust him just because he’s been so inconsistent this season. But there are positive signs and this is a good matchup.

Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Luke Kornet (vs. SA – $4,500)

Needs 19.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 1.2 fantasy points against Minnesota.

There’s a big drop after the high salary guys. And it’s nearly impossible to trust anyone on the Knicks. Kornet might draw the start and then play only five minutes. You can look at Vonleh in this position if you want. I have no real read on the Knicks.

Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a good ceiling.

JaMychal Green (at DEN – $4,200)

Needs 18.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 17.5 fantasy points against Memphis.

Did I mention that there’s isn’t much good at the power forward position? Green could see some decent minutes given the Nuggets frontcourt. And he’s shown a good enough ceiling throughout this season, although not with the Clippers.

Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a good ceiling.
