High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Ben Simmons (at NO – $9,000): Needs 39.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.4 fantasy points against Portland. With Embiid out of the lineup, Simmons has to step up and do more. He did it against Portland but he needs to be even better in this one. The Pelicans are an easier matchup than the Blazers and I expect Simmons to have a strong outing based on the matchup and circumstances. He should do a bit of everything in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Chris Paul (vs ATL – $8,400): Needs 37.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 55.5 fantasy points against Golden State. It’s unknown as of this writing if Harden will play or not in this game. But Paul is looking fresh after the break and if Harden doesn’t play, it should be another big night for Paul. The matchup is great given the Hawks pace. And Paul will be ready to push the Rockets into a better playoff spot in the final quarter of the season. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

De’Aaron Fox (at MIN – $7,800): Needs 34.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.7 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Fox has shown a lot improvement this season and I love his game overall. And I love this matchup for him on Monday. He’s playing very well right now and there should be plenty of points between these two teams. Fox has been over 40 fantasy points in both games after the break and knows he has to step up if he wants the Kings to secure a playoff spot. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
